For all the reasons fore mentioned Uncharted Drake's Fortune is the best game I've ever played. The only way it could be better would be if it was multiplayer. (More Games…)

Had to finish it once i started. got me addicted, the intrigue reminded me of the first season of lost, because of two or three weird twists in the story. the only complaint is that sometimes there are more bad guys in a wave than you'd want, so you'd have to stop advancing down the story path until you do off with them... but it's not bad enough to lose stars. what they say about graphics... absolutely true. Stunning, though the fantastic gameplay will probably keep you from noticing Uncharted Drake's Fortune.

Fantastic game from an amazing game developer studio, January 18, 2008 By Christopher A. Johnston "johnstca" (Chapel Hill, NC)

Naughty Dog, most famous for the ever popular Playstation series Jak and Daxter, has done it again with Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Although the characters and story are a step away from the lovable Jak/Daxter, many of the key game elements that made that series so successful are still present in Uncharted.

Pros: One of the most beautiful games I've ever seen; Cinematic feel gives the game a feel unlike most any other game today; Gears-of-War-like-Cover-based combat works well; Enemy AI is good

Cons: Some of the platforming can be rather awkward; Camera angles can be a nuisance at times (very few though); Most puzzles are not very deep and usually require simply looking at the journal for the exact answer

Overall, Uncharted Drake's Fortune is a fantastic adventure that really takes advantage of the PS3's power. Although a few minor negatives will at times frustrate you, you really can't go wrong with a title like this. If you own a PS3, Uncharted Drake's Fortune should be one of the reasons why! The demo was enough to put me off this game, January 18, 2008

I just downloaded and played the demo to Uncharted Drake's Fortune over Christmas. The graphics were nice, but the game play was well annoying. It uses the new PS3 controler so you can move about like the wii, so as far as advancement goes, that is cool, but the game play was just too stop and go for me. It reminded me too much of Lost. I'd say Uncharted Drake's Fortune is for the under 18 crowd and if I do buy it, I'll wait for it to go on sale used for $10.00. I am still hooked on Call of Duty 4 online until the next Grand Theft Auto and Medal of Honor. (More Games…)
